My Charger Is Making A Buzzing Noise

So i have a brand new dell inspiron 15 7567 4gb ram i5 gtx 1050 1tb hdd and its only been a week now im currently facing an annoying problem which is the buzzing sound u can hear whether on the speaker or headphones when im plugging in or out the charger though im not facing this problem back then.
