Laptop Charger Gets Really Hot

From a month or two i am noticing that whenever i charge my laptop ithe charger get very hot.

Laptop charger gets really hot. A faulty laptop battery using the wrong laptop charger using the wrong laptop battery damaged faulty laptop charger the environment is just so hot. When i m crunching on my cpu and the gpu the ac adapter is basically completely maxxed out to it s 120 watt rating.
