Ipad Charger Getting Really Hot
Within the last 2 3 months i have been overnight charging as normal.
Ipad charger getting really hot. I also have a macbook pro and the charger for that never gets that hot. New i pad gets very hot just being used 15 minutes at a time. It will get warm and maybe quite warm but if you touch it and you are surprised by how warm it is unplug it and let it cool down. I am using the default charger that came with the ipad.
I woke up one night to check for an important message and then i felt the charger. It actually burnt me. When you use a device for any length of time it ll get warm. After those 16 hours take it off the charger and power it up.
There are many different ways to charge mobile phones and most people use the typical wall charger. Good wall warts are like that. All ipad chargers tend to heat up while charging so unless it is warm to the point of worrying that it will catch on fire i wouldn t worry. It still gets that hot now sometimes even hotter.
