Charger Cable Turning Blue

If you have tried two different power supplies and both behave the same charger light goes off when plugging into the laptop then it s more likely something is wrong with the mainboard or any other device that is connected to it short circuit if you have easy access to cdrom drive hard drive and memory modules disconnect remove them but i won t give you much hope mainboard screen or power.

Charger cable turning blue. I bought my macbook new from an apple store around march april 2017 so it hasn t even been a full year yet. This greening which is a rare occurrence can happen either after a long period of time for some cables or if the cable has been severely overheated. This happened with my previous macbook pro as well though it took around 2 years for the cable to start turning yellow and eventually fraying. Iphone 5 charger cable turned green stopped working i have an iphone 5 which i purchased in august 2013 and recently the charger has been giving me problems. Happened to two of my s4 cables years ago as well i can see it starting to happen to my s7 cable. This is a very easy fix if it dosen t work first time try it again. The green light on the adopter glows when i dont plug in the charger in to my laprop but as soon as i plug in the pin into my laptop it goes off so the battery is not getting charged i came to know that is might be due to a short circuit in the motherboard my doubt is will the laptop work on the charged battery or else the laptop is completely dead.
