Charger Box Making Noise

I have 2 ipod touchs and when i plug them into the wall charger the charger makes this high piched buzzing and whirring sound like its going to fry any minute i ve also tried using a blackberry usb adapter which when charging the blackberry makes no sound but when i attach my ipod the charger starts making a noise but not as loud as the ipod wall charger.

Charger box making noise. Anyways before i was leaving for work today i heard something making noise and realized it was coming from the power brick. Doesnt matter if i turn it slowly or fast. In a phone charger most of the components that could be making noise are inside the ac dc power converter which is the part that goes into the wall outlet. The noise is the alarm for low battery power with the charger.

Hey guys i am about to sell my laptop tomorrow and i just plugged it in tonight to charge it and i noticed the charger making a high pitch noise from inside the box thing when its charging the battery. I found this super weird as the console was shut off and it wasnt making any noise when i went to bed last night. If the charger is plugged in but the phone isn t plugged into the charger it will make this annoying sound. I have a dodge charger 14 awd r t.

It s only at 1 half turn and it s a single click. Its a really high pitch noise so is extremely annoying. Some laptop chargers produce a crackling noise right where the two charger parts meet at the ac power adapter. It wasnt super loud just a low hum best i could describe it.

I have noticed other plugs doing it such as mobile. I m hearing a click everytime i turn the steering wheel a half turn. It does not make this noise when the battery is not in the laptop and i plug in the. When charging the surface the charger makes a lot of noise once the surface is fully charged.

Hi new here to the forum. When i plug the phone in it stops but then when the phone is fully charged it makes the noise again except 10 times worse and it steadily increases with time. Superuser reader rishat muhametshin wants to know why some of his ac adapters and power supplies make a whining noise. I m pretty sure i hear it coming from the right hand side front.
